Dave GreenDave Green: CAS Founder

Dave commenced his martial arts training in the late 70’s, originally starting in Goju Karate. Since then he has trained in Kung-Fu, Muay Thai (Thai Boxing), Ju-Jitsu, Jun-Fan Martial Arts / JKD Concepts and Filipino Kali/Eskrima. He is currently a Qualifed Instructor under Sifu Marc McFann (a Full Instructor under Guro Dan Inosanto, the late Bruce Lee’s Senior Student and heir) and a qualified trainer under Guro Marc "Crafty Dog" Denny of Dog Bothers Martial Arts. Dave is also a 4th Grade Black Belt in Doce Pares Eskrima under Grandmaster Danny Guba and 2nd Grade Black Belt in Doce Pares Eskrima-Eskrido-Pamgamot under Grandmaster Cacoy Canete from the famous Doce Pares Eskrima club in Cebu City, the Philippines. Dave is a qualified fitness instructor for Aerobic Training, Resistance Training, Circuit Training and Exercise Prescription & Kinesiology. Dave holds a coaching award for Olympic Foil Fencing and AMA martial arts coaching awards at both club & regional coach levels

Dave is unfortunately no longer actively teaching due to health reasons. He is still in regular contact with the instructors as mentor, friend, and inspiration. Giving input and support when needed and keeping our feet on the ground. We will always be thankfull for him helping us to find this path and changing our lives for the better.

Guro Marc "Crafty Dog" Denny: Dog Brother Martial Arts

 

Guro Marc "Crafty Dog" DennyGuro Marc has been training in the martial arts for "many years" and is co-founder of "The Dog Brothers." The material and training methods that we have learned from him lie at the very core of what we do - it is the vehicle by which we measure and evaluate our progress. Guro Marc's observations on the why of combat in addition to the how have transformed our understanding of who we are and how we relate to those around us.

Sifu Marc McFann: Unified Fighting Arts

(Inosanto lineage JKD Concepts)


Sifu Marc McFann Sifu Marc McFann is an internationally recognized expert with more than 30 years of martial arts experience. He is a certified Full Instructor in Filipino and Jun Fan/JKD martial Arts under Guro Dan Inosanto. He is also an instructor in Thai Boxing under Ajarn Chai Sirisute, Mande Muda Silat under Pendekar Herman Suwanda and a Full Instructor under Sifu Larry Hartsell. Marc has studied several martial arts and holds a 4th degree black belt in Okinawan Kempo, a 2nd degree black belt in Judo and a 1st degree black belt in Hapkido.
